Advantages
The Red Bullet from Chicco has a clear-cut, basic design but it has a striking color that will appeal to lots of kids. It is a compact model and features adjustable seating for better comfort and support. While it is an excellent bike for kids to use early on, your kid might outgrow this one quickly so make sure to invest on upgrades later on.
The frame of this model is solid and quite tough. The tires are made with foam so it is ideal for even, smooth ground surfaces. You can take your kid to the park with this bike and it will guarantee effortless cruising.
The bicycle features a cushioned or padded seat which is comfortable and the handlebars also promise great, non-slip grip for better, safer control. The handlebars are also broad enough which translates to great steering for the rider.
This is a durable bike and it can accommodate heavier kids without breaking. The tires are pretty durable as well and we did not experience or seen any signs of it being flat. It is better compared to hard plastic models that do not provide sufficient padding.

Others said the design of the bike makes it look like the real thing, even though it lacked pedals.

Disadvantages
While the model did have many advantages, it also displayed several setbacks. We noticed that the wrench that was included in the pack was not helpful during the set-up.
Foam tires have their benefits but they are more suitable for even, smooth ground surfaces and may not tolerate bumpy ones, so this bike is ideal for indoor use or parks (surfaces that have level ground). Because of its smaller size, kids will outgrow the bike too and you may have to resort to upgrades if your kid still wants to use the bike.
The paintjob is, as described earlier, appealing and eye-catching, but unfortunately not scratch-resistant.
Verdict
If you have budget constraints and you want a more affordable bicycle, then the Chicco Red Bullet Balance Bike is a good option. It does not have loads of clutter, has a minimal, basic design and has an eye-catching paint job that will make your kid happy.
It also looks like a real bike, which is another plus for children. While it did display some small issues regarding the size and tires, it’s still a decent product for its price.
